Weekly utilization indicates the activity level of offices by tracking
the ration of desks booked to total desk supply. Early in the pandemic, utilization dropped to less than 20%.
Over 2022 and 2023 it has climbed back up to near 30%. As companies right-size their real-estate foot print and
reduce their total number of desks, this number will continue to climb towards pre-pandemic levels of 60-80%.

Bounce rate represents the percentage of employees that worked
in the office once and didn't return within
30 days after that initial visit. A high bounce rate indicates that people have not made the in-office
experience part of their weekly routine. A low bounce rate indicates that people make routine use of the
office.

Employee return rate looks at the week-over-week rate that employees are
returning to the office. A negative return rate indicates that fewer employees visited the office in a given week when compared to
the week prior. A growth rate of zero indicates a steady state where the same number of employees used an office in two consecutive weeks.
