Weekly utilization represents the activity level of an office. A comparison with COVID-cases shows the direct correlation between in-office visits and the rise or fall of case numbers. As expected, fewer people used the office (regardless of industry) during peak case rates of Omicron, Delta variants. During the spring as more employees begin returning to the office, this number rises regularly week-over-week.
