Weekly utilization represents the activity level of an office. A
comparison with COVID-cases shows the direct correlation between in-office visits and the rise or fall of
case numbers. As expected, fewer people used the office (regardless of industry) during peak case rates of
Omicron, Delta variants. During the spring as more employees begin returning to the office, this number rises regularly week-over-week.

Monthly visit frequency examines how often per month the average
office-going employee uses the office. The plurality of employees are still visiting the office less than
once per week, however a growing number of employees are visiting offices 1-3 times per week. Very few employees are
returning full-time to the office.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are the most popular days in-office.
In most regions of the world people are half as likely to use the office on Monday or Friday. However, in
Latin America and Asia, there is a near even balance across all workdays and Monday is the most common day.

Bounce rate represents the percentage of employees that worked
in the office once and didn't return within
30 days after that initial visit. A high bounce rate indicates that people have not made the in-office
experience part of their weekly routine. A low bounce rate indicates that people make routine use of the
office.
Employee Return Growth Rate
Are employees coming more or less often?

data is available in the Enterprise plan.

Employee return rate looks at the week-over-week rate that employees are
returning to the office. A negative return rate indicates that fewer employees visited the office in a given week when compared to
the week prior. A growth rate of zero indicates a steady state where the same number of employees used an office in two consecutive weeks.
